How does an AI receptionist work for real estate agencies?
Sockly's AI receptionist answers every call to your brokerage instantly. It qualifies buyer and seller leads — collecting property interests, price range, timeline, pre-approval status, and preferred neighborhoods. Qualified leads are routed to the right agent with full context. No lead sits in voicemail while your agents are in showings.
Can the AI qualify real estate leads?
Yes. Sockly asks qualification questions — Are you pre-approved? What's your price range? Are you working with another agent? What's your timeline? — and routes leads based on your criteria. Hot leads (pre-approved, immediate timeline) get instant agent notification. Tire-kickers get added to your nurture sequence.
How much do real estate agencies lose to missed calls?

Does it integrate with real estate CRMs?
Sockly works with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook today; other software connections are not available yet. New leads are created with full qualification data, call notes are logged, and agents receive instant push notifications for hot leads.
What about after-hours buyer inquiries?
Most serious buyers search properties after work — evenings and weekends. Sockly captures these high-intent leads at 9pm or Saturday morning when your office is closed. The lead is qualified, the agent is notified, and a showing can be booked before the buyer calls another agency.
